Just got word that Mila Milan was allowed out today to take care of the babies but still has to pay
bail. The other two arrested are still in jail. There were no drug
charges. Tomorrow she should know more about whats happening.

That makes no sense whatsoever. She gets a "get-out-of-jail"-free card? There's a reason why you have to pay bail to get out of jail..
Word from whom? Honestly 99.9% of the stuff about this is speculation and unverified comment. I've seen people put forward an opinion on this topic and then seen the same thing repeated as fact 24 hrs later.
