Summer Girlfriends Get Away

So I had this vision of something I really want to do with my girlfriends this summer, and I want to share this idea with all of you ladies because I think it would be such a fun thing that maybe you all might want to try something like this as well. I think this will be great for the body and mind and every woman should do this once in a while. What I'm talking about is somewhat of a Spa Day. Only I'm not talking about going out to one of those expensive day spas.

First off, when it comes to stuff like facials, hair masques, ect... I've always preferred the DIY way.
For the most part, I really don't like store bought products that have a bunch of additives in them. I like all natural made from fresh ingredients. Not to mention it saves on money!

So here's my idea...

I want to take an overnight trip to Lake Tahoe with my girlfriends. When we get there we can enjoy relaxing and sun bathing on the beach.

 Image result for sun bathing

This would also be an opportune time to get some sexy photo sets done as well.

Might even try getting some exercise in by hiking or biking the Flume Trail, which circles around the Lake, with gorgeous views of the water. There's also paddle boarding as well.

 Getaway Girls Tahoe

Where to stay?

Well I used to always stay at the Best Western every time I went to Tahoe when I was a kid. Just a 3 minute walk from the lake, they provide FREE breakfast and it's located in a restaurant with an actual menu selection not that continental stuff you serve yourself. Outdoor pool to get some laps in and a hot tub to relax in as well. It's also very inexpensive.

So after a day of getting in touch with nature, working on our tans, and a little exercise, it's time to soak in the Jacuzzi for a bit. Letting the hot water and the jets relax the muscles.

What to do in the evening?

If your girlfriends also happen to be camgirls as well, you can always take advantage of Best Western's FREE WIFI and do a Multi Girl Cam Show and make some money!

As we all know, the more girls on cam, the more traffic your chat room will get! I've always made money any time I cam with another girl.

Advertise to your fans ahead of time to really get the most out of your show!

But what if your girlfriends don't cam or maybe you want this to be an actual break from work? What else is there to do?

When I was a kid, we used to go get dinner at Harvey's restaurant located on the 19th floor. It had great food and a beautiful view. But the wait was a bit long to be seated, and it was also a bit pricey. It's definitely a great place to go, but I think I would want to try somewhere I haven't been yet.

THE OPAL NIGHT CLUB
This looks like a place I'd like to check out.
Full bar, dance floor, smoking allowed, Friday nights Ladies drink FREE all night, Saturdays Ladies get in FREE until midnight.

 Opal Nightclub Stateline NV

There's also plenty of casinos to try our luck at as well.

We can try out some of my home made sugar scrubs, face and hair masks and watch a little TV or a movie before going to bed.

Finally, we'll enjoy our FREE breakfast the next morning at Best Western's lovely restaurant before heading back.

Anyways, that's just a little fun idea I would like to make happen this summer. What about you? Is there something you'd like to do with just you and your BFFs this summer? Do you have any suggestions on where to go for an awesome girlfriend get away. If so please share in the comments section.

Finally seeing results...

Well after posting some fitness progress pics, a friend of mine asked me what my secret was... so I thought I'd share what it was that I did to get me to how I look now. I am by no means at my goal just yet, but I am finally starting to see the results I've been working for.

LOL look at that tummy... yuck!!! That was taken on Nov 12, 2012, I was stretching to do the splits. I'm still not able to do the splits just yet, but of course, I'm still working on it.

Strategies for Eating Out on the Road

You can find healthy food that tastes great and will make you feel amazing!Re-posted from How-to-Strip.com

Just about every woman – not just dancers – will always moan about how she just can’t eat well on the road. And I have to admit it, I too was one of them. Fortunately, I started to associate myself with people who showed me that, not only was I wrong – but dead wrong!
You can eat out and eat healthy, too. Many restaurants offer delicious meals that are low in saturated fat, trans-fat, cholesterol, and have the proper nutrient and portion ratios you have already learned about. The key is to know how to get it right on the road
You can find healthy food that tastes great and will make you feel amazing!

Don’t be shy about making special requests. Most foods on most menus will probably fit into your diet if prepared with low-fat ingredients and less salt. Ask your server if the kitchen can alter preparations to meet your needs, or call ahead before you choose your restaurant. If your food isn’t prepared as you requested, send it back. Ordering ahead is especially easy with an i-Phone app.

Equally important is the portion size. Restaurants, especially in the South, tend to serve Texas Size portions. A lot of times you don’t know the portion is huge until you get it put in front of you! If this happens, put half of your meal in a to-go box to enjoy another time.
Before you go to another restaurant you need to purchase the book Eat This, Not That!. I have seen some of the chapters during its prerelease and it is stellar! This book compares foods for every major restaurant in the US and gives alternatives that will save you thousands of excess calories per week.

Here are a couple of basic tricks I have learned to prevent overeating when going out with friends:

Do not go to a restaurant if you are starving. Maybe slightly hungry but nothing more. What if you have to wait 30 minutes to get seated then another 45 minutes to get your food? Then what? For sure, you will blow it.

Drink a tall glass of cold water while waiting for your food. Studies show that water expands your stomach and gives you a “full feeling” and the cold water stimulates calorie burning since your body has to work much harder to keep those organs at the right temperature.

Never, ever, ever eat the bread sticks, chips, or anything like that served as appetizers! There’s no telling how much fat and carbs they have – not to mention salt!

Sandwiches are a great way to get protein/carbs/fat all in one!SALADS – Yes, salads can be almost as bad as appetizers. Only get field greens and vegetables – preferably not carrots but it isn’t the end of the world if they’re in there. No croutons, No cheese, and always get your dressing on the side. Only use fat-free dressing if possible. A low-fat dressing occasionally is fine if you don’t go crazy with the amount. And by all means, No Caesar salad. Ever.

Be very careful of appetizers. This Is The Silent Killer! Even a cup of soup can easily have close to 1000 calories. Choose appetizers very carefully – or not at all!
Sandwiches are a great way to get protein/carbs/fat all in one!

Here Are Some Other General Things To Look Out For:

Fried, au gratin, crispy, escalloped, pan-fried, sautéed or stuffed foods are high in fat and calories. Instead, look for steamed, broiled, baked, grilled, poached or roasted foods. If you’re not sure about a certain dish, ask your server how it’s prepared. You can request that visible fat be trimmed from meat and skin be removed from poultry before cooking.
  • Request that your meal be prepared with vegetable oil (made from canola, olive, corn, soy, sunflower or safflower) or soft margarine instead of butter. Ask for soft margarine for your bread.
  • High-sodium foods include those that are pickled, in cocktail sauce, smoked, in broth or au jus, or in soy or teriyaki sauce. Limit these items. Ask that your food be prepared without added salt or MSG.
  • Have gravy, sauces and dressings served on the side so you can control the amount you eat, or skip them completely.
  • Ask if the restaurant has fat-free or 1 percent milk instead of whole milk.
  • Even if they aren’t on the dessert menu, many restaurants can offer you fruit or sherbet instead of high-fat pastries and ice creams.
  • Many supermarkets and specialty stores offer prepared entrees to take home when you’re in a rush; the same tips listed here for restaurants also apply to take-home foods.
The key here is knowledge and preparation. Once you have that then you have most of the battle won. Maybe 20 or 30 years ago I could see it was truly hard to eat healthy on the road, but nowadays every dining place in the US has at least a chicken sandwich with some fruit or salad on the side. There should never be a reason to ever blow your diet again.

Where to buy bras for small breasts

I did not write this article, but I found it to be so helpful, that I thought it should be re-posted.
OP can be found here: http://extrasmall.me/fashion/breasts/where-to-buy-bras-for-small-breasts

First of all, let's start at the beginning. In order to wear the right bra, you need to know your bra size.
If you're not sure whether you're an AAA, AA, A, B -  you can use this international bra calculator to find out, or use this chart for small breast sizes, by  EvesApples Lingerie.
Even if you think you know your bra size, double check - they say the majority of women wear the wrong bra size! And it will be a lot more difficult to find a comfortable and flattering small bra if you're not wearing the right size.By Pelpina

On the lookout for a cute bra that will fit your small breasts? Trying to find something that won't make your chest look flat? You're not alone!

Bra Size: AA cup? A cup? B cup?
Best Websites To Shop for Small Bras

But even if you know your bra size, it can be challenging to find the right bra - especially if you have small breasts.
A great way to get around this is to shop online. I'll start a list of websites that sell small bras here. If you know of any more websites who specialize in lingerie for small breasts, let me know - and I'll add it to the list! Please also let me know of any experience (good or bad) you've had with the products sold on these websites - I want to make sure I'm giving you all the best advice!

Small Lingerie: Lulalu
One of the best websites out there dedicated to small bras is lulalu.com - this website specializes in petite lingerie, and their slogan is 'small is beautiful.' They specialize in AAA, AA, and A cup bras.

Lingerie for Small Breasts: The Little Bra Company

The Little Bra Company

The Little Bra Company
I love 'The Little Bra Company' because they not only sell small bras - they have a great online presence, are active in social media, create videos AND - they also sell bras in stores around the world!
So that means, you can actually go to a store and get a bra fitted - one of the problems with buying bras online! I just discovered this website, and unfortunately, the closest store is about a 3,5 hour drive for me (Houston), but as soon as I do go to Houston, I'd love to give them a try and review one of their bras. Check out this list - they might have a location near you.

Lingerie for small breasts: AAlingerie
Another good source is aalingerie.com- they also have a wide variety in bras, and mainly sell AA, A, and B cups. They have a lot of different styles, different colors, and different sizes.

Small Busted Bras at EvesApples
EvesApples
is another site that specifically caters to small busted women. They also have a great bra size calculator, specifically for small breasts. Check it out here.

Small bras at Playtex
Also, Playtex makes some very good bra's in uncommon sizes as well. They have 'nearly' sizes if you're just under a size. Their website is a great way to find your bra size - you can even print out a tape measure to calculate your size.

Bra-tips for small breasts

  • Always wear a bra that fits you well - and wear it the right way.
  • Try to wear delicate, small bras that don't overwhelm your petite frame.
  • The less fabric, the better. Triangle cups and demi cups will look good on your small breasts. Try to avoid anything that covers up your entire chest, it will make you look flatter.
  • Choose bras with thin straps over thick ones.
  • Wear bras with patterns, colors, and a feminine look.
  • But most importantly: wear a bra that makes you feel comfortable, attractive, and YOU!
And these tips go for a swimsuit/bikini as well!
